INSIDE NINA'S KLOSET, we aim to make the shipping process simple, clear, and convenient for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, prepare products for shipment, and handle deliveries within the United States.

Order Processing and Handling

Orders placed on our website are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). After processing, orders require an additional 2–3 business days for handling and shipment preparation. Handling includes product preparation, quality checking, packaging, and labeling.

These timeframes are estimates. During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing or handling may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed when significant delays occur.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has completed processing and handling, it is handed to the shipping carrier. Actual transit and delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier service level, weather, and other conditions outside our control. Shipping estimates shown during checkout or on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we specifically state otherwise.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, email, and phone number). We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Tracking and Delays

When tracking information becomes available, we provide it using the contact details associated with the order. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the package is handed over.
