SHIPPING
At INKloset we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible.
All orders will be shipped Priority Mail through U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that was provided with the purchase.
INKloset will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with United States Postal Service (USPS). If items have not been received, we recommend using the tracking number to track products or contacting your local postal office.
RETURNS
For returned packages we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages we will then directly arrange store credit to our customer. Customers can reply to us via e-mail to know reshipment or other details.

Please contact us within 10 days after the package is delivered.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.

Please note that all returned items must be in good condition and won't affect the second sale.

Contact us before you return the package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue the store credit once we have received the package back we will notify you by e-mail at that time.
